The opportunity:

We’re looking for a fast-moving, content-driven marketer who excels at creating short-form and mid-form content that drives engagement and business impact. If you love transforming long-form content or videos into punchy LinkedIn posts, short videos, newsletters, and social carousels — and you stay ahead of trends in AI, video, and B2B marketing — this role is for you.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g. webinars, videos, reports, blog posts) into high-impact social media posts, videos, and platform-native assets.

  • Create short and mid-form content: LinkedIn posts, emails, newsletters, short-form video scripts, carousels, etc.

  • Write and edit marketing copy for the website, digital ads, and landing pages to support campaigns and product launches.

  • Collaborate with designers by providing thoughtful creative direction and feedback to ensure strong, high-quality visual content.

  • Draw out innovative ideas and fresh perspectives from internal experts and turn them into compelling LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and thought leadership content.

  • Follow evolving best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and B2B content to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Leverage generative AI tools to brainstorm, draft, edit, and repurpose content efficiently.

  • Work within tools like Descript to edit and produce short-form videos.

  • Generate creative content ideas and strategies to drive greater impact with our target audience.

  • Partner closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager and teammates to brainstorm, build, and refine standout content across channels.

  • Align all content with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
