We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to own and execute our content initiatives across the full funnel. Your mission is to build topic authority, drive organic traffic, and produce lead-generating, SEO-optimized content that supports sales and brand positioning across key global markets (USA, UAE/KSA, UK, DACH).
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, understands the dynamics of content in both brand-building and performance contexts, and has the experience to produce content that drives engagement, conversion, and growth in international markets.
You’ll work alongside performance marketers, designers, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-impact, multi-format content that engages, educates, and converts.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Execution
- Execute on content cluster strategies aligned with SEO and thought leadership goals
- Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistency across all channels and formats
- Plan, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, lead magnets and campaign assets
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content and visuals work cohesively
- Work with founders and execs to build LinkedIn thought leadership presence
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Content
- Develop gated content that supports MQL and SQL goals (such as reports, templates, checklists, case studies etc.)
- Develop landing pages and nurture journeys to convert traffic into MQLs and SQLs
- Support tripwire offers with compelling page content
3. SEO & Optimization
- Conduct on-page optimization, structure content for keywords, FAQs, and schema markup
- Monitor traffic growth, rankings and lead attribution
4. Website & Email Communication
- Own the messaging and tone of voice across all assets
- Write copy for landing pages, microsites, social media, emails and performance campaigns
- Work closely with UX/design teams to ensure clarity, persuasion, and accessibility
5. Content Repurposing & Distribution
- Repurpose core content across multiple formats and platforms (social media, newsletters, interviews, video scripts, etc.)
- Support cross-channel promotion efforts to maximize content reach and engagement
6. Reporting
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
- Report regularly on KPIs such as organic traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Continuously improve based on keyword insights, positioning refinement, and testing

- You have 3+ years of experience in content marketing and content strategy where main goal was lead generation and nurturing
- You’re great in content planning and execution - from building SEO-aligned content clusters to producing thought leadership assets, lead magnets, and campaign copy that speaks directly to user intent
- You’ve built and managed editorial calendars and enjoy keeping multiple content streams on track - across blogs, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
- You’ve created B2B lead gen content (checklists, templates, reports) that directly supports lead generation goals, and know how to optimize landing pages and nurture flows that convert.
- You have deep understanding of SEO and hands-on experience in on-page optimization
- You’re confident writing in a variety of tones and formats, including performance-driven landing pages, email sequences, and LinkedIn posts for founders and execs
- You’re experienced in repurposing content across platforms - turning one great idea into newsletters, carousels, short videos, or interviews that drive engagement
- You regularly track and analyze content performance using tools like GA4, HubSpot, and SEMrush and you iterate based on keyword data, performance insights, and search trends
- You collaborate well with designers, developers, and growth marketers, ensuring the messaging and visuals work seamlessly across channels
Preferred but not crucial:
- Experience of creating content for international markets (such as USA, DACH, UAE/KSA)
- Background in a product company or a digital agency
- Strong organizational and project management skills

While our agency working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CET, you’ll have the freedom to work flexible hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
