Job Title:          Sales Executive
Reporting to:    Head of Education Operations
Location:          Remote / Work from home – can be based anywhere within the UK
Salary:             Up to £35,000 + bonus

You're commercially astute, able to engage senior decision-makers, and always thinking about the bigger picture—whether that’s securing a new client or identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.

What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Manage and Grow Client Relationships - you'll support and nurture our current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • By understanding their evolving needs, you’ll help ensure our solutions continue to deliver real value.
  • Drive New Business and Revenue Growth - You’ll identify and pursue new opportunities—bringing in new clients while upselling to existing ones.
  • Your work will directly contribute to growing our market presence and revenue.
  • Build and Maintain a Strong Sales Pipeline - From prospecting to closing, you’ll own the sales process.
  • You'll collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and use social selling techniques to reach the right people and keep the pipeline full and healthy.
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders - You’ll build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, positioning our products and services as strategic solutions to their challenges.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Working closely with teams in Product, Engineering, and Marketing, you’ll align your sales efforts with broader company goals, ensuring we’re delivering on both client needs and company vision.
  • Track and Report on Sales Performance - You’ll monitor key sales metrics and pipeline performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve - You'll keep up to date on our offerings and industry trends, using your knowledge to deliver informed, relevant solutions to clients and prospects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Sales Executive Management Experience: Demonstrated track record of successful account management and sales.
  • Focused on building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ideally possesses knowledge of the social care sector, including key players, funding mechanisms, challenges, and emerging trends.
  • Autonomous and Motivated: Able to work independently and highly motivated to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, driving personal and team success.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to engage effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking: Highly adaptable to changing environments, with the ability to pivot strategies based on market conditions and client feedback. Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in using relevant sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, to facilitate lead tracking, reporting, and relationship management.
