Ignite Visibility is an award-winning and fast-growing digital marketing agency in San Diego, CA.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our accounting and finance team and help drive AR collection and AR processes. Proficiency in NetSuite is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and collect outstanding debts, ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts.
Investigate and resolve missing or disputed payments.
Manage receivable accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
Prepare and distribute billing statements and financial reports for management.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, businesses or a closely related field.
3+ years of AR experience, including NetSuite proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and follow up through.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
