Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. This is a remote position and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, creative strategy, and campaign execution, with a track record of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and Google to drive leads, engagement, and conversions
  • Develop data-driven ad strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience behavior.
  • Design and iterate on ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) that resonate with the audience and align with brand guidelines.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics daily to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Stay current with the latest ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising funnels, performance metrics, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing ad creatives using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate or performance marketing environments.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads are a plus.
