We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) – Maryland

Location: Bowie, Maryland

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re looking for a licensed and experienced Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to provide telehealth therapy services to clients across Maryland. What You’ll Do

Uphold ethical and regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance

Requirements

Active LCMFT license in Maryland (Required)
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)

Comfortable with EHR systems and teletherapy platforms
