Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) — Georgia-Based

Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Georgia to join our growing team. This fully remote position gives you the autonomy to shape your schedule, choose your ideal caseload, and focus on delivering high-impact care—without the administrative overwhelm.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, EFT, DBT, IFS, narrative therapy, etc.)
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation in our easy-to-use EHR
  • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care tailored to each client
  • Participate in optional peer consults, CEU opportunities, and clinical collaboration

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in Georgia (Required)
  • 1+ years of post-licensure experience (telehealth experience is a plus)
  • Strong clinical skills in relationship-focused and systems-oriented therapy

  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
