Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California-Based

Location: Los Angeles, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a California license to join our team remotely.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide virtual therapy (individual, couples, family) via a secure telehealth platform.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR system.
  • Offer culturally competent and trauma-informed care to a diverse client base.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, peer consultation, or clinical supervision as needed.
  • Stay up to date on state licensure requirements and continuing education.

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in the State of California .
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload.
  • Must have a quiet, secure, and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
