Job description

We are seeking Senior Power BI Developers to support the migration of enterprise reporting solutions from MicroStrategy to Power BI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and data models that ensure high performance, usability, and functional parity with existing reporting solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the Power BI Technical Lead, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and insightful business intelligence solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, with advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience migrating or transforming reports from MicroStrategy or similar BI platforms to Power BI
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex business requirements and translating them into effective Power BI visualizations
Ability to optimize report performance through efficient data modeling, query optimization, and DAX best practices
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance skills, ensuring accurate and reliable report delivery

Responsibilities
