Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the IT team, the SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s SAP landscape ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability of SAP systems.  The ideal candidate brings expertise in SAP Basis operations and experience with cloud platforms, system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

About the Role:

• Manage SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades; perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Administer SAP transport management systems (TMS) and change management processes; implement and maintain security policies, roles, and authorizations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support business needs; manage SAP database administration tasks, including backups, restores, and performance optimization. 
• Conduct periodic health checks and performance analysis, provide technical support for SAP Basis-related incidents and service requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Experience with SAP security, user administration, and role management; understanding of SAP landscape architecture and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with database management systems such as HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server; proficiency in operating system administration (Windows/Linux/Unix).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in Basis administration preferred.
