The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing comprehensive support to employees during the night shift. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks, including general office support, employee assistance, coordination of weekly company lunches, and management of cafeteria needs.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and provide efficient support to all employees.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate the logistics for weekly company-provided lunches, including vendor communication, setup, and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Oversee the needs of the office cafeteria, including inventory management, vendor coordination for supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Assist employees with any ad-hoc requests or issues that may arise during their shift.
  • Maintain organized office common areas and ensure a clean and professional work environment.
  • Assist with minor facility-related issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to address needs.  
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility to work the 3rd shift (night shift) in Manila, Philippines.
