AU RTO Administration Assistant (WFH)

Background

At PeoplePartners, we work with some truly wonderful clients—and one of them, a standout Australian RTO, is growing their team. They need an AU RTO Administration Assistant who loves behind-the-scenes magic: organizing calendars, updating records, and being the calm in a storm of deadlines.

About the Role

You'll be a behind-the-scenes MVP, helping the RTO team stay focused by handling communication, keeping records tight, and delivering outstanding admin support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Entering, managing, and updating student data and records.
  • Prepping messages for upcoming classes and managing reminders.
  • Supporting reporting and admin across the business.
  • Helping learners and teammates with excellent customer service.

  • You're proactive, organized, and great with time. Your attention to detail is spot-on, and you bring a sense of calm even when things get busy.
About YOUR Work History
  • Experience in admin, data entry, or customer service.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office, Teams, Wisenet, or similar tools.
  • Bonus points if you've touched bookkeeping or Xero before.
