The Job

Be the friendly face (and voice) behind the tech that keeps trades running.

At ClockShark, we’re on a mission to simplify job management for field service and trades businesses - saving time, streamlining workflows, and helping our customers thrive. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Support Representative to be part of that journey.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - helping them solve problems, unlock the full potential of our software, and ensuring they have a positive experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Delivering exceptional support to ClockShark customers via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Using your product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide practical, clear solutions.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in both our support processes and the software itself.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our internal systems.

  • Contributing to knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower our users with self-service resources.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re a natural problem solver with strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.

  • You have a polite and friendly phone manner and can handle tough conversations with professionalism and care.

  • You’re a self-starter - resourceful, curious, and always looking to learn

  • You have experience juggling multiple tasks and are confident managing your time in a dynamic environment.

  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based software and support tools.

  • Experience or insight into the trades or field service industries is a big plus.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with customer support platforms or SaaS products before.
