The Job
Be the friendly face (and voice) behind the tech that keeps trades running.What You’ll Do
Delivering exceptional support to ClockShark customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Using your product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide practical, clear solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in both our support processes and the software itself.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our internal systems.
Contributing to knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower our users with self-service resources.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a natural problem solver with strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
You have a polite and friendly phone manner and can handle tough conversations with professionalism and care.
You’re a self-starter - resourceful, curious, and always looking to learn
You have experience juggling multiple tasks and are confident managing your time in a dynamic environment.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based software and support tools.
Experience or insight into the trades or field service industries is a big plus.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with customer support platforms or SaaS products before.
