We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to elevate our sales team’s effectiveness through strategic coaching, personalized development plans, and engaging training initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming sales representatives into consultative, solution-oriented professionals who consistently exceed performance goals.

You Will:

  • Design and implement tailored coaching strategies aligned with sales goals and company objectives.

  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve skills, confidence, and execution.

  • Observe sales calls and meetings to assess performance and provide targeted feedback.

  • Develop engaging content and training sessions focused on sales techniques and best practices.

  • Track individual progress and adapt coaching plans based on performance metrics.

  • Create a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth within the sales organization.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the Director of Buyer Engagement, you will partner closely with sales leadership, front-line sales representatives, and cross-functional stakeholders in operations to drive sustainable sales performance improvements.
 

Must Have’s:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with a history of exceeding targets

  • 3+ years in a sales coaching, training, or leadership capacity

  • Proven expertise in sales methodologies such as consultative selling or solution-based selling Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have’s:

  • Experience in automotive sales or related industry

  • Sales coaching certification or relevant professional training

  • Experience in the automotive industry or selling similar products/services

  • Familiarity with implementing sales enablement technologies

  • Track record of turning around underperforming sales talent and teams

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
