Job Role: Marketing & Operations Assistant

Work Schedule: M-F, Australian Business Hours

Salary Budget: $2,000-$2,500 AUD / Month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Work Set-up: Remote

Who The Client Is:

This Australian-based digital marketing agency specializes in serving clients in the finance, property, and health sectors. With over a decade of experience, the team combines creative strategies, technical expertise, and data-driven tools to deliver strong returns on marketing investments.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our two growing Australian-based digital businesses: Lead Pipeline (a lead generation agency for the property sector) and PULP (a full-service digital consultancy).

This is a remote role best suited to someone with strong digital skills, exceptional English, and a get-it-done attitude. While the role is not client-facing, you’ll be handling important communications during client onboarding and supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Schedule posts, repurpose content, manage creative team to get creative.
  • Project Management: Keep client tasks on track using ClickUp.
  • Client Onboarding: Email comms, setting up client folders, accounts, and welcome documents.
  • Appointment Setting & Cold Lead Outreach: Follow call scripts, qualify leads, and book in discovery calls.
  • Marketing Automation: Set up & manage flows in Go High Level and ActiveCampaign.
  • Ad Account Setup: Help with setting up Meta Ad accounts and managing Business Manager access.
  • Google Tracking: Support in setting up GTM, GA4, and basic event tracking.
  • Marketing Reporting: Assist in collecting insights and compiling marketing reports in Agency Analytics (bonus if comfortable in Google Sheets/Data Studio).
  • Squarespace Website Updates: Make edits or build simple landing pages (training provided if needed).
  • Design Support (Nice to Have): Ability to edit Canva templates or basic knowledge of figma.
  • General Marketing Support: Help across multiple tasks and teams as needed.

Requirements
