Marketing Operations Manager
Location: NYC, NY or Remote
Reporting To: Director of Marketing Operations

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and bright individual to play a pivotal role in supporting the Digital Solutions team. The successful candidate is team oriented and able to work with a diverse group of people, as part of a core Digital Solutions department. The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing our marketing automation platform and executing marketing campaigns to hit our goals. The ideal candidate would have an inquisitive mind to how technology works and how processes could be streamlined with the use of technology.

 Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implement new processes to eliminate inefficiency, improve performance, and support overall business objectives
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to create a journey for contacts in our database and to optimize campaign performance
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales to manage Marketo campaigns that integrate with Salesforce
  • Responsible for working cross-functionally and training the organization on marketing automation and email marketing best practices  
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed aggressive company goals (a/b testing, etc.)
  • Optimize campaign performance and provide campaign attribution reporting
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Support key organizational initiatives around our Data Platform to deliver high-quality data to our clients and community
 Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • 3+ years experience in email marketing or marketing operations
  • Experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience connecting marketing automation system data to CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organization, Strong copywriting talent
  • Comfortable to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
  • Experience with HTML emails and web design is preferred

Job Information (NYC)
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 to $85,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.
