Job description

Description

About Us:

Revive is revolutionizing employee wellness by maximizing healthcare engagement through our comprehensive, on-demand virtual care clinic. We offer a wide range of services—from primary and urgent care to mental health support and a mail-order pharmacy—all at no cost to employees.

We sell primarily through benefit consultants to employers using a transparent per-employee-per-month (PEPM) model. Revive not only eliminates cost barriers for employees but also delivers significant ROI for companies by reducing overall healthcare spend through care diversion and early intervention.

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Revive, you will take the lead in orchestrating our marketing and partner programs through a single, integrated HubSpot ecosystem, which serves as both our CRM and marketing automation platform. You’ll build and optimize workflows, manage data integrity, and develop effective campaigns in close collaboration with internal stakeholders—Sales, IT, Finance—as well as external partners such as healthcare benefit consultants. Your goal is to streamline our marketing operations, improve lead management, and drive measurable growth and engagement.

This is a REMOTE position.

  • Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, funnel performance, and campaign ROI, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure thorough lead nurturing practices and effective handoff between Marketing and Sales.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Create and maintain dashboards within HubSpot to monitor key marketing KPIs (primarily marketing influenced leads).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.

6. Budget & Resource Oversight

  • Evaluate technology spend and maintain cost-effective solutions within the martech stack.

7. Team Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all teams are aligned on marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Provide training and support on HubSpot features, campaign best practices, and marketing processes.
