What you will do:
The Agent Operations Specialist plays a dual role, driving agent growth while providing world-class operational support to agents, teams, and brokers within eXp Realty. This role is key in fostering strong relationships, enhancing the agent experience, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and scale business with new agents, teams, and brokerages.
  • Respond promptly to agent inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, agents, and industry influencers to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Address and resolve issues related to systems, processes, services, or financial matters provided to agents, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data updates, profile changes, and CRM activity tracking from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Support accounting functions such as commission reconciliation, transaction audits, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison with local CPA firms to ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial reports and compliance documentation.
  • Analyze financial data provided by CPA firms, translate it into actionable insights, and present findings clearly and proactively to internal leadership.
  • Conduct training sessions on contracts, risk management, licensing, compliance with real estate laws, and financial procedures.
  • Monitor market and financial trends and provide updates to senior management on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational and financial support processes, propose solutions, and assist in implementing tools and system upgrades.
How You Will Grab Our Attention:
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven success in business development, agent growth, brokerage operations, or operational finance.
  • CPA certification or equivalent accounting training is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite), and case management systems.
  • Strong understanding of administrative, operational, and financial processes in real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both real estate and financial compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with external CPA firms and presenting financial data to internal stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills in Spanish and intermediate/advanced English is required.
Soft Skills:
