About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our client’s sales team. The primary purpose of this role is to connect with cold and warm leads, effectively qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving lead generation, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, and contributing to the success of their sales efforts.

Fluency in English is a must.

What you'll be doing:

  • Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce the agency’s services, and set appointments.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine fit with the agency’s services.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions, updating the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments.
  • Report on key performance metrics, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the Sales Representative, providing all necessary lead information for a successful meeting. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales Representative to renew outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or call handling in a service-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English with a clear, professional, and neutral or native-level accent—strong verbal communication is essential.
  • Proven track record of handling high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and a friendly, confident phone demeanor.
  • Ability to quickly resolve lead objections and secure appointments with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments efficiently.

Salary: USD 1000 to USD 1200 per month + Performance-based bonus
