We are seeking a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Executive drive new logo business and cross sell into our current client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and delivering value to prospects and customers. This is a full sales cycle role and works from home.
Responsibilities:
- You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing- primarily via digital and remote channels.
- Self-generate 5x sales quota in pipeline coverage within the first 4 months in the company and always maintain coverage thereafter.
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities by conducting high quality outbound activities through multiple outreach channels (calls, emails, social media)
- Accurately forecast sales activity and bookings achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
- Maintain strong lines of communication with business leaders, providing detailed insights into the sales pipeline including open pipeline, lost pipeline and won pipeline.
- Deliver engaging presentations virtually to prospects to showcase HH value proposition
- Use CRM, Outbound prospecting tools to track activity, forecast accurately, and maintain clean data
- Continuously improve by seeking feedback, analyzing sales metrics, and adopting new tools or techniques to optimize digital engagement.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in an Inside Sales role or a similar quota carrying role.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to build strategic relationships; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new advocates.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of negotiating principles and closing experience.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Experience establishing and leveraging strategic C-level relationships.
- Experience executing compelling product and services presentations Virtually to Decision Makers at C-Staff, VP and Director level.
- You are data-aware and use insights to prioritize and personalize outreach.
