Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. As the technical lead in the sales process, you will partner with our Sales Team and clients to design tailored Audio-Visual (AV) and integrated technology solutions. Your role will span pre-sales consultations, solution design, demos, post-sales support, and technical documentation.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure our AV solutions meet high-quality standards and exceed expectations.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and present tailored AV solutions, including demos and proof of concepts.
  • Design system schematics, rack layouts, and cable schedules; interpret technical drawings using tools like CAD and Visio.
  • Review and prepare accurate quotations and tender responses, including pricing and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with project managers, account executives, and technical teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Ensure pre-sales engineering standards are met and maintained across all offerings.
  • Support business development by providing technical insights, training, and client consultations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments through regular engagement with internal and external vendors.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role.
  • Certifications from Crestron, Extron, and QSC.
  • Proficiency in technical drawing tools (e.g., CAD, Visio).
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies and integrated systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
