Position Summary
The Customer Sales Manager – Amazon, Ecommerce role will work to support the Total Amazon business initiatives that will drive marketshare, sales, and margin goals for the team. This role is seeking a person to dive headfirst into Amazon.com and Amazon Fresh business to own growth and changes in ways the team has never done prior. This person will need to be curious about eCommerce and challenge the status quo.
Primary Responsibilities
The CSM is responsible for being the expert in consumption driving programs for Amazon. They will need to understand each program and requirement to participate on both platforms. They will create mechanisms to track performance, make recommendations, and share out to key stakeholders. The CSM will consult with the CSL’s, BU Sales team, and OSM to identify ways of working and success metrics.
The CSM will own and manage relationships with our 3P vendors including CPGIO and Terrific Deals.
This role will take the lead in tracking assortment variations across Amazon.com, Amazon Fresh, and other Amazon programs (ie. Sub Same Day Delivery). They will deep dive issues or challenges faced with profitability, pack sizes, and pricing alike. They will partner with the BU Sales team to create an executable plan and track progress. They will also develop and own competitive brand tracking mechanisms, providing reporting to broader team to action against. They will benchmark best practices to become best in class in our brands to drive marketshare.
In addition to this, the CSM will own the proactive sharing of consumer insights to the broader team. This role will partner with Category Insights and eCatMan to help our sales team best serve customers. They will partner with internal BU Sales team to recommend actions that turn into reality that will impact sales on the platforms.
The CSM will support CSLs with QBR, Top to Top and other meeting prep for external meetings with Amazon. They will help source content from internal stakeholders such as BU Team, eCatMan, OSM, Supply Chain, etc.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree.
· 5+ years’ experience in the workforce
· Prior experience in eCommerce, sales, retail or other related field.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point required.
· Ability to assess performance and set goals to communicate with stakeholders.
· Excellent in crossfunctional collaboration and verbal communication skills.
· Relationship builder and storytelling skills required.
· Able to work in ambiguity and ruthlessly prioritize.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
