THE OPPORTUNITY 

As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing and coaching a team of Inside Sales Specialists for Melios, our online private neurodevelopmental services. 

Your primary responsibility will be to line manage and mentor the team, driving high performance and results. The ideal candidate will be a solution focused, strategic leader with a passion for coaching, developing talent and implementing innovative sales strategies to maximise performance. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, mentor and lead an inside sales team, providing continuous development opportunities and driving high performance to exceed sales targets
  • Drive a culture of accountability, motivation and results-driven performance within the team
  • Manage KPIs and oversee sales activities including prospecting, call performance, pipeline management and forecasting to ensure consistent sales performance
  • Lead, review and refine sales processes to optimise efficiency and conversion rates
  • Leverage HubSpot to drive operational efficiency and data driven decision making
  • Develop and ensure adherence to key sales metrics and reporting standards for performance tracking and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Client Operations and Clinical 
  • Recruit, onboard and train new sales team members

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • 3+ years of sales management experience, leading and coaching a team of sales representatives, preferably an Inside/Telesales team
  • Proven sales experience in a B2C environment, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets 
  • Genuine passion for, and strong ability to, foster collaboration and develop high performing teams
  • Demonstrable experience of selecting and implementing sales enablement and optimisation tools such as dialers, Customer Sales Journey Configuratory and automation through Telephony and CRM solution (Ringcentral and Hubspot)
  • Demonstrable experience in data-driven sales forecasting, performance analytics and CRM optimisation (HubSpot) 
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability with an ability to think laterally and creatively
  • Proven experience implementing and tracking lead and lag metrics and KPIs to enable the sales team to achieve and exceed targets more efficiently, contributing to business goals 
  • Self motivated and solution focused in a remote, fast paced and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication skills through multichannel and multimodal approaches to ensure team cohesion and cross functional alignment as a remote/home based organisation.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
