We seek a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible FP&A Business Partner to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain periodic forecasts, rolling forecasts, and ongoing tracking of budget vs actual analysis. 
  •  Business and finance partner primarily to the group’s CFO, finance team, and to the rest of the leadership team, business heads etc. 
  •  Consolidate the group financial results on a periodical basis and monthly presentation to management. 
  •  Design, automate, and optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of dynamic and fast-growing business environments.
  •  Annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis, including P&L analysis, budget vs. actual comparisons, and more.

Requirements

  • CPA- significant advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience as an FP&A business partner in a global, multinational company
  • Team player with a high level of orientation to numbers
  • Not afraid to “roll up the sleeves” and create processes, methodologies, and tools from scratch.
  • High level of English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills- mandatory 
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with Priority Software (huge advantage) & SAP Business is essential 
  • Background from a publicly traded company (significant  advantage)
