We seek a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible FP&A Business Partner to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and maintain periodic forecasts, rolling forecasts, and ongoing tracking of budget vs actual analysis.
Business and finance partner primarily to the group’s CFO, finance team, and to the rest of the leadership team, business heads etc.
Consolidate the group financial results on a periodical basis and monthly presentation to management.
Design, automate, and optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of dynamic and fast-growing business environments.
Annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis, including P&L analysis, budget vs. actual comparisons, and more.

Requirements

CPA- significant advantage
At least 5 years of experience as an FP&A business partner in a global, multinational company
Team player with a high level of orientation to numbers
Not afraid to “roll up the sleeves” and create processes, methodologies, and tools from scratch.
High level of English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills- mandatory
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with Priority Software (huge advantage) & SAP Business is essential
Background from a publicly traded company (significant advantage)
