Summary of Role:
The Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing and International Planning will help develop, implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, manage global tax planning process for all domestic and international operations, while maintaining strong internal controls, and provide guidance to finance teams and other stakeholders within GF.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop TP strategy, in alignment with broader Tax planning and business requirements
  • Implement and monitor controls to manage strategic and operational TP risks
  • Drive TP operational and forecast implementation initiatives
  • Determine appropriate margins and ensure legal agreements are executed to implement intercompany transactions
  • Ensure compliance with TP policies, and propose adjustments/revisions
  • Review forecasted TP adjustments to support ETR forecast process
  • Monitor operational TP results and oversee necessary pricing adjustments
  • Manage global TP compliance, including master file, local file, CbCR and monitor compliance with local TP compliances and filings
  • Support TP audits and controversy resolution
  • Assist with cash distribution planning and provide tax advice to Management regarding the U.S. tax implications
  • Provide technical leadership and lead federal, state, local, and international research and tax planning strategies.
  • Assess the impact of new legislation, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods or pronouncements. Monitor federal, state, international and OECD legislative and statutory tax changes and evaluate the potential impact to the Company.
  • Assist with cash distribution planning and provide tax advice to Management regarding the U.S. tax implications

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Taxation or Economics.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with all aspects of transfer pricing.
  • Solid background in operational transfer pricing.
  • Experience with TP compliance requirements in US, EMEA and APAC regions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Transfer pricing experience in a global public accounting firm or a combination of global accounting firm and MNC industry-experience preferred
  • Strong data analytical skills, proficient in using Excel, Power BI. Hands on experience with Oracle, SAP would be a plus. 
  • Strong business/commercial sense, team player, result-oriented with high levels of drive and initiative.
  • Effective workload prioritization and meeting of deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface across functions and with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Expected Salary Range

$119,300.00 - $225,900.00
