Support the Contract Execution function to ensure all necessary information is available for final signatories.

Lead the establishment and operation of a new post-execution Contract Management function.

Ensure all contracts are completed, authorized, executed, recorded, and stored according to legal and internal requirements.

Assist contract owners with any contractual queries in collaboration with the Legal team.

Job description

You will act as a champion of all matters related to the execution of contractual documentation and contract management across our company!

You will:

Support the existing Contract Execution function to ensure that final signatories have all the information they require and are confident when binding the Company.
Lead an initial project to set up and then run a new post-execution Contract Management function which aims to organise all executed agreements, diarise key dates, record significant clauses and with the support of the wider Legal team support contract owners with any contractual queries they may have.

In this role you will assist in ensuring that the Company establishes and maintains the proper processes to ensure that all contracts are properly completed, authorised, executed, recorded and then stored, in accordance with both legal requirements and internal and group company requirements.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Previous experience may have been in any sector but must show a requirement to be highly organised and proactive;
Basic contract law knowledge.
