TimelyCare is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the successful delivery of innovative telehealth and well-being solutions for college students. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure that product enhancements and features are delivered on time, meet user needs, and align with business goals.

What You'll Do
Support Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to shape and maintain the product roadmap by bringing delivery insight, customer feedback, and business priorities into planning conversations.
Own Delivery Execution: Translate product requirements into clear, actionable plans, and manage end-to-end delivery in partnership with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams.
Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, care operations, customer success, and design to ensure successful execution and timely launches.
Manage Agile Product Development: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination to ensure quality delivery that meets scope, timeline, and acceptance criteria.
Define and Prioritize Work: Write user stories, prioritize feature requests, and balance quick wins with foundational improvements that advance product reliability and scalability.
Ensure Product Quality & Readiness: Partner with QA and release teams to ensure features are tested, documented, and launched successfully with minimal disruption.
Support Go-To-Market Activities: Coordinate with marketing, customer success, and training teams to ensure internal readiness and effective product rollouts.
Collect and Act on Feedback: Gather insights from users, support teams, and data analytics to identify areas of improvement and feed them back into the delivery backlog.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Work with legal and engineering teams to ensure product features are compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, and other relevant privacy standards.
What You Bring
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 5–7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in delivering SaaS or healthcare-related products; experience in telehealth or education is a plus.
Execution Expertise: Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex product features on time and within scope.
Process-Minded: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: Ability to clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements that set up teams for success.
User-First Mindset: Empathy for students, providers, and administrators, with a focus on creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences.
Preferred:
Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, and other regulatory standards in digital health and education.
Experience delivering both mobile and web-based applications.
Basic understanding of analytics platforms and how to use data to refine delivery.
Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 – $130,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
