We are looking for an Ambassador & Talent Marketing Specialist to help grow WHOOP’s brand by building, managing, and activating a network of authentic ambassadors and creators who embody WHOOP. This person will play a key role in connecting our brand to a broad community by developing and nurturing relationships that communicate WHOOP’s values through engaging, impactful content. This role reports to both the Country Marketing Manager and will be a core contributor to all local marketing efforts aligned to WHOOP’s talent and creator strategy.
This is a remote role based in Ireland. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute day-to-day operations of the Talent & Ambassador program in the local market, including outreach, onboarding, and communication with ambassadors.
Manage and grow WHOOP’s Ambassador program, ensuring authentic partnerships and consistent alignment with brand standards.
Draft and manage contract proposals and renewals for ambassadors and creators based on performance against agreed KPIs.
Track and report on regional performance metrics for ambassador-driven initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Act as a liaison between local marketing and WHOOP HQ, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment with global initiatives.
Support the localization of content and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all paid and organic channels.
Maintain a calendar of campaigns, activations, and talent deliverables in the region.
Serve as the first point of contact for local media and brand partnerships related to ambassador content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in influencer or talent marketing.
Deep understanding of the local social media landscape and creator economy.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with talent, creators, and management agencies.
Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and areas of improvement.
Passionate about health, fitness, and technology.
