Northeast Power Dry is hiring a Mold Sales  Specialist for a full-time position! Remote- Dispatched from home!

Urgently hiring a Mold Sales  Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Mold Specialist with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:  

  • Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)

  • Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for mold jobs. 

  • Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need 

  • Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager 

  • Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job 

  • Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers 

  • Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs 

  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner 

Qualifications:  

  • Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems 

  • Basic Math knowledge 

  • 3+ years of sales experience 

  • Valid driver’s license 

  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software 

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
