Ce cours introduit les étudiants à la conception et à la production d'œuvres audiovisuelles interactives sur écran. Il fournit un contexte critique pour la création à l'intersection de l'art contemporain et des jeux vidéo expérimentaux. Les étudiants acquerront de l'expérience pratique et de la formation sur les outils de production numérique et acquerront une compréhension pratique de la théorie des jeux, de la construction de scénarios interactifs, du prototypage et plus encore. /

This course introduces students to the conception and production of interactive audio-visual screen-based work. It provides a critical context for creation at the intersection of contemporary art and experimental game design. Students will gain hands-on experience and training with current digital production tools and build practical understanding of game theory, interactive narrative construction, prototyping and more.

This course will be offered online.

Requirements:

Master of Fine Art or other Masters degree in a creative discipline; experience in developing interactive screen based art; advanced skills in 3D modeling; demonstrated experience in game development environments such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Bitsy or others, and an ability to teach all aspects of developing interactive screen based art at an introductory level including aesthetics, game mechanics, interface design.
Maîtrise en arts visuels ou l'équivalent.; expérience dans le développement d’art interactif basé sur écran; compétences avancées en modélisation 3D; expérience avérée dans des environnements de développement de jeux tels que Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Bitsy ou autres, ainsi qu'une capacité à enseigner tous les aspects du développement d’art interactif basé sur écran à un niveau introductif, y compris l'esthétique, la mécanique de jeu et la conception d'interface.
