Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Control Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the flow and storage of all project documentation between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, and other related support groups. 

WORK SCHEDULE:
  • This position is virtual, but the project is located on Kwajalein Island, Republic of the Marshall Islands.
  • Candidates should be based in Hawaii (HST) or be willing to work a schedule in line with the Kwajalein Island schedule, 8:00AM-5:00PM MHT.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the flow and storage of all project documentation between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, and other related support groups.
  • Process documents through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines. 
  • Ensure that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
  • Receive, track, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. This project uses Sharepoint, Procore and RMS (Resident Management System).
  • Verifies retention requirements, arranges document cataloging, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate documents at time of closeout. 
  • Manages access to document management sites (Sharepoint and Procore) and application (RMS).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years of prior document control experience .


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Document Control experience, on construction and government projects
  • Experience with data management software - Sharepoint, Procore and RMS
  • Assignments will require a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems. Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.

Salary Range: $35.05 - $61.35
