The Senior RPA Developer will play a key role within the GoDaddy FDAT (Finance Data, Automation, and Technology) Department, supporting the build-out, implementation, and evangelization of automation throughout the Company. This role is dedicated to driving the adoption of automation solutions by clearly articulating technology, value, and service offerings to both business and technical users. The right candidate will identify potential opportunities for automation development, lead efforts to foster automation throughout the business, and implement a robust automation strategy!

What you'll get to do

• Drive GoDaddy’s RPA Automation from end to end, including solution architecture, maintenance, and development.
• Lead and maintain several existing RPA automations on UiPath Orchestrator and Studio, collaborating to efficiently fix common and sophisticated failures.
• Understand all stages of the Automation journey, supporting team members, including new hires, to identify and assess automation opportunities with collaborators. Interact with business partners to conduct high-level process assessments and develop use cases to support automation.
• Lead all implementation and process development activities within the RPA team. Act as an interface for partner management and critical issues where appropriate.
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues, risks, and opportunities affecting our automations. Consistently apply current application development methodologies. Contribute to documentation and GoDaddy standards to further improve team skills and abilities.

Your experience might include

• 4-6 years of experience demonstrating responsibility in enterprise improvement roles. 5+ years of experience in process improvement or process consultancy with exposure to digital transformation programs.
• UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer license preferred. Experience working as a business analyst for an RPA Automation Program.
• Hands-on implementation experience with RPA. Demonstrated experience successfully managing and implementing changes in complex organizations.
• Experience working on cross-disciplinary teams in highly matrixed environments across various functional areas and IT leadership.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a diversity of collaborators; proven expertise with a client-centered approach to customer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related fields.
