100 Remove is a 100% remote company seeking a top-performing Sales Specialist to drive revenue by selling our innovative solutions to both individuals and companies.
This is a contract, performance-based job with flexible hours, as long as results are achieved.
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us expand our market presence and increase our sales volume.
Objectives of this Role
- Develop a comprehensive and understanding offers.
- Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and business goals.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
- Generate leads through commitment to excellent customer service and relationship building.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Conduct insightful market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs.
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base.
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using innovative sales tactics to develop new and unique approaches.
- Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts.
- Utilize Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps to ensure a standardized process throughout all stages of a sale.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications.
- Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals.
- Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas.
- Speak and write French
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
