Job Summary:
The SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead at Syntax Systems Ltd is responsible for overseeing the functional delivery of SAP solutions for supply chain processes. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and support of SAP functionalities to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Solution Design: Analyze requirements and configure SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM, EWM) to meet supply chain needs.
- Implementation and Delivery: Lead functional implementation, testing, and validation of SAP modules.
- Business Process Optimization: Identify and recommend best practices to enhance procurement, production, and logistics operations.
- Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for SAP supply chain functionalities and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Leadership: Lead a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project timelines.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide post-implementation support.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and create performance dashboards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of SAP supply chain implementation and support experience.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations with SAP S/4HANA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Familiarity with advanced supply chain concepts (demand forecasting, predictive analytics).
- Knowledge of integration tools for connecting SAP with third-party systems.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- SAP certifications in relevant supply chain modules are preferred.
