• High motivation and enthusiasm to expand SAP ABAP technical skills to learning SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities.
• Collaborates effectively with Business, Key Users, and other IT Stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented and committed to continuous improvements
• Provides functional and technical support for SD master data or customizing. To design, customize, develop in ABAP programming and perform required systems testing with alignment to the global team and in accordance with activity timetable.
• Investigate, monitor and resolve simple to complex issues and requests that are submitted by Users through ticketing and service requests.  Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for High priority issues.
• Manage a given project role assignment and multiple projects at various steps: fit-gap analysis, realization, acceptance testing, go live preparation and execution and stabilization with supervision.
• To document  test cases and results according to Business requirements.
• Participate to global team meetings, workshops, trainings, ad-hoc alignment meetings
• Conduct training on new functionalities available. Able to share some of the best practices/know-how as needed.
• Participate in  company initiatives

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field
• With SAP experience with at least 2 SAP project implementation and support management
• With ABAP experience: RFC, IDOCs, Debugging, BADIs, Smartforms/ADOBE Forms, Function Modules, Object Oriented Programming
• Exposure on IT Project Management and international projects (at least 1 year); Experience working in the Automotive industry or related areas is an advantage.
• Very good English language skills (spoken and written); cross-cultural competence; proven assertiveness and problem-solving abilities. 
• Documentation (i.e. functional/technical specification, training manuals, test procedures)
• Knowledge of ITIL (i.e. service management and change requests)
• Amenable to travel outside Philippines

The following skills and experiences will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of business process and configuration in SAP SD including relevant interfaces (ie EDI, API, etc)
• Experience in basic Authorization Management
• Business process experience or background in relevant manufacturing environment
• Basic integration knowledge in other areas such as SAP Finance, SAP Materials Management, SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management and SAP Production Planning.
