What you’d be doing:

Collaborate on the implementation of insurance product launches, modifications, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Identify operational inefficiencies and actively participate in automation initiatives. Address and resolve product-related issues through regression testing and validation of product functionality.
Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Applied knowledge of SQL/TSQL/XML/HTML/JSON.
Ability to problem-solve, work independently, manage workload, and plan to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in creating functional documentation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial, Computer science, or related field.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

Previous experience in the Insurance industry, preferably personal lines, homeowners, and/or commercial BOP
Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Python, R.
Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and GitLab.
Working usage of VBA.
Actuarial exams or related experience.
Process automation experience.
