As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to guide Valor Software into its next phase of success.

Role Overview:

The CTO will shape and execute Valor Software’s technical vision, ensuring the scalability, performance, and quality of our software solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic direction, focusing on innovation, team development, and alignment with the company’s long-term goals, open-source values, and client success.

As a key executive in the company, the CTO will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, guide technical strategy for their projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of client-facing solutions.
Manage presales activities by shaping technical proposals, estimating solutions, and participating in client engagement.
Promote the adoption of modern technologies and contribute to open-source initiatives.
Guide technical architecture and represent the tech team in client discussions.
Mentor engineers and foster a strong technical culture.
Improve development workflows and scale best practices across teams.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Technical Delivery Manager in a tech company.
Expertise in web development technologies and frameworks, with a focus on modern frontend and backend solutions.
Experience with presales activities such as shaping technical proposals, estimating efforts, and engaging with clients to clarify needs and present technical solutions.
Demonstrated success in leading distributed development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
Background in software architecture, development practices, and designing scalable systems.
Experience with open-source contributions or leadership is a strong advantage.
