The Opportunity

You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, managing development teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our Poker brand. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technology coupled with a deep understanding of poker and crypto.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with our company goals.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to define the technical roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on business objectives.
Drive the technical direction, including architecture, design, and implementation of features.
Build and manage a small technical team in Lisbon, whilst collaborating with external agencies and development teams across Europe.
Proven technical experience in the poker and casino industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Coordinate with external vendors and technical heads to manage project activities and resources effectively.
Drive project execution from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of technical initiatives

What are we looking for?

10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
Experience in a fast moving start-up with enterprise-level experience.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of iGaming (Poker and Casino) crypto based products built on web and mobile using blockchain.
Experience working in the Gaming sector is essential.
