Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35-40 hours/week, Standard schedule Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Ontario, CA time with 1 hour of unpaid break from 12pm to 1pm

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage professional email communications with international clients and guests
  • Coordinate with business leadership through WhatsApp for streamlined operations
  • Execute essential bookkeeping tasks and financial documentation
  • Oversee Airbnb property listings and optimize guest experiences
  • Process booking inquiries and manage guest relations
  • Handle administrative operations across multiple business entities
  • Support executive leadership with daily operational tasks
  • Utilize various business platforms to maintain efficient communication channels
  • Coordinate cross-company initiatives and administrative processes
  • Manage documentation and reporting across multiple business units
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable across our business to the job duties.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (required)
  • Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
  • Understanding of property management or hospitality industry operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and financial documentation
  • Experience with Airbnb platform management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
  • Comfortable with various business software platforms
  • Available for occasional weekend work when required
  • Professional demeanor and excellent time management skills
