The CEO of a dynamic, growing HR SaaS company is looking to add a talented and experienced sales professional to her team. This person will be an individual contributor. It will be important this person has a history of high level performance in a remote work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Explore and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with new clients, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, such as benefits brokers, identifying additional growth opportunities within these connections.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives for new customer onboarding.
Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams to support ongoing product enhancement.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience selling software solutions or related offerings.
Proven success in selling HR SaaS or similar B2B products.
Familiarity with the benefits market is highly desirable, even if experience is outside the technology sector.
Mindset:
