Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, including business process owners and IT teams, to gather and analyze business requirements, understand workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translates future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution requirements end-to-end often cutting across multiple applications and technologies. Inform the requestor of the cost and time estimate.
  • Develops and designs effective and innovative solutions that address business challenges, considering technical feasibility, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Assesses integration requirements and coordinates with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and data sources.
  • Leads and participates in cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Creates comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, system architecture diagrams, process flows, and user guides to ensure effective knowledge transfer and support for implemented solutions.
  • Develops and executes test plans, performs system testing, and facilitates user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
  • Effectively communicates with business users, project teams, and senior management to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provides training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum utilization of implemented solutions.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
  • Driving the overall Product lifecycle management (Concepts through ongoing Run & Maintain) working together with the Solution Architect, the markets, and several internal and external technology teams in matrixed setup.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position in areas SAP Technical Architecture, Development, ABAP, Data Architecture, SAP Basis
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management
  • Minimum five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design / development
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Excellent analytical and technical skill
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with developers in an “in-and-out" outsourced environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Capable of translating business requirements in functional specs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of leading and working in multi-cultural teams across time zones
