We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director HR & Talent Acquisition to lead our global people strategy. In this executive role, you will oversee the full spectrum of talent acquisition and HR operations, drive organizational effectiveness, and cultivate a high-performance culture across the company. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the global end-to-end talent acquisition strategy—from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring, onboarding, and retention.
Partner with executive leadership and department heads to assess organizational needs and ensure alignment between talent strategy and business goals.
Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, including processes, templates, internal documentation, and performance metrics.
Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact on all HR-related matters for employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Oversee employee relations and guide the organization through conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary action when necessary.
Champion a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous development.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within fast-paced, global startup or tech environments.
Proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition strategies and building high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other high-tech industries is highly desirable.
