Job description

1. Job Details

Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards,
social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to foster a strong
talent pipeline.
Collaborate with leaders to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to
promote the organization and attract top talent.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet
organizational goals.
Back- Office (BO)
BO tasks regarding organization and back office based on instructions of
Managers. Currently, Managers are Japanese and Vietnamese.

2. Professional requirement


Japanese equivalent of N2 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)

3 years experience of working as an HR&GA executive.
At least 1 year living and working in Japan.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

3. General Requirement


Fluent in English is a plus point
Time management : make plan, verify the progress based on committed schedule
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Being active, creative and positive in working
