About Our Client

A property management company dedicated to providing the best customer service and management for its communities. To maintain the highest standards, they adhere to strict financial, insurance, and procedural standards.

We are looking for an Accountant to support the following activities:

  • Produce monthly financial reports for a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare financial statements and submit them for revision according to deadlines.
  • Run bank reconciliations as needed.
  • Enter GL recurring entries.
  • Make adjustments through journal entries.
  • Categorization of bank transactions.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

  • Regular schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST MX
  • During daylight saving: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST MX

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Over 5 years of experience working in an accounting role.
  • Around 3 years of experience producing financial statements.
  • Experience in property management or community management is a desirable.
  • Feel comfortable producing financial statements in a high volume.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience working with an accrual basis accounting.
