About You:
  • You are a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a strong background in CRM platforms, especially HubSpot. You're passionate about leveraging technology to optimize business processes and enhance performance. You Will:
  • Oversee and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring it is fully optimized and aligns with business needs.
  • Configure workflows, custom properties, and automations within HubSpot to streamline processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create, optimize, and track email campaigns, nurturing workflows, and lead generation strategies.
  • Partner with the sales team to manage pipelines, automate deal processes, and provide training on HubSpot tools to maximize CRM adoption.
  • Maintain data cleanliness, perform deduplication, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide key performance insights to various teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for teams using HubSpot, documenting internal processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Work closely with Product and other teams to integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and share insights to drive system improvements.
You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • 6 - 8 Years of Work Experience and proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar role with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Willingness to support until 4:00 pm EST.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Experience configuring workflows, automations, and creating email campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven, analytical approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support team members.
  • Ability to triage at source, organize, determine the impact, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with integrating HubSpot and third-party tools using Zapier or APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing emails and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and startup culture.
