Job description

The primary function of the EDI Coordinator will be to support new and current customers during installations and upgrades of the McLeod LoadMaster EDI product. Tasks include setting up trading partner profiles, setup of EDI transaction templates, and file transfer communications.

Responsibilities

Work with internal teams, customers, and trading partners through the project lifecycle to provide support and training
Assist with installation of EDI for new project rollouts, upgrades, and new releases of software
Review EDI log files, transaction reports, and recovery entries to resolve outstanding errors
EDI transaction sets knowledge/experience
Support customers with technical support during EDI implementation phase.
Occasional travel to train customers onsite

Competencies

At least one year of experience providing customers with technical (hardware, software) support
At least one year of experience working with customer orders, shipment status and invoices
Experience training customers or end users in the use of software

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
