π Experienced in hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, operations, finance) roles.
π― Skilled at managing multiple requisitions and priorities without compromising quality or candidate experience.
π Data-driven in your approach β using market insights and metrics to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
π£ A professional and approachable communicator, capable of building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike.
π Bonus points if you speak Arabic and have experience promoting employer brands through events, meetups, and university partnerships!
