Job description

Regeneron is looking for a multifaceted Key Account Manager to join our team, in this role, you will achieve Immunology sales objectives while delivering on our dedication to putting patients first. You will understand the local healthcare economy in order to identify the key people in Immunology; understand the account context and tailor your approach based on individual and account needs and build KOL support for the product. A typical day might include the following:

  • Establish and lead high quality HCP interactions by continuously keeping scientific knowledge around the product, indication and brand sales messaging up to date and optimally implementing sales & marketing plan.

  • Consistently deliver on the value proposition for the brand through key message communication to HCPs.

  • Work in alignment with the Swiss Brand Plan, develop and implement a local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.

  • Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities to support HCP needs.

  • Leverage all communication channels including digital channels, in collaboration with other functions, to achieve the best possible share of voice in the market.

  • Report results and developments proactively and clearly to the Swiss leadership team.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or pharmaceutical sales certification (SHQA) and at least five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. A background in biologics or the Immunology disease area is highly desirable. An established network within pneumologists is an advantage. Fluency in German and English is required, with knowledge of Italian or French being a plus
