We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs. In this role, you'll drive campaign success by translating data into strategy, navigating complexity, and aligning cross-functional execution with client and company outcomes.

Role Objectives:

  • Complex Campaign Planning & Forecasting: Plan and manage integrated marketing programs across departments using forecasting models and advanced performance metrics. Your precision ensures that timelines, resources, and ROI are aligned.
  • Multi-Project Execution & Performance Review: Oversee concurrent campaign delivery using velocity tracking, earned value models, and performance dashboards. Your insights help optimize project health in real time.
  • Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor risk across projects using severity scoring and data-based process improvements. Your oversight will reduce escalations and improve reliability.
  • Data-Driven Stakeholder Communication: Provide high-level reporting and strategic updates to stakeholders. Your ability to resolve conflicts with data and navigate change will keep programs moving forward.
  • Cross-Team Alignment & Budget Monitoring: Align scope, budget, and performance across departments while ensuring successful hand-offs. Your leadership ensures cross-channel ROI is achieved.


Requirements:

  • Experience with Go High Level or a similar platform is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing, tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Deep familiarity with digital campaign performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPX, CTR).
  • Skilled in forecasting, resource planning, and stakeholder negotiation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple teams or regions.
  • Strong communication skills with experience creating dashboards or reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, WhatsApp, Asana, GHL, ClickFunnels) and reporting platforms.
