JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of supplier surveys and environmental data collection, acting as a strategic advisor. This role acts as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams while providing expert advice to support ESG standards. Strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise in sustainability initiatives are essential.

- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely completion of complex Scope 3 supply chain surveys
- Independently manage client relationships, project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure alignment with established goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Lead and actively participate in project meetings, providing clear updates, guidance, and actionable next steps
- Conduct background research and data collection to develop practical, actionable recommendations for clients
- Review and approve formal proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance for all work commitments and meetings
- Actively support and promote the safety culture and employee ownership values of Wright and Eocene Environmental Group
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal company policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting or a closely related environmental industry
- Experience in food supply chains and supply chain management preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by business needs
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to interpret contracts and scope of work documents and effectively communicate key details to team members
- Capable of working independently under tight deadlines, as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong communication skills, including:
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proficient in verbal, written, and presentation communication
- Skilled in training and educating team members
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to perform job duties and communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting or a closely related environmental or agricultural industry
- Project management training and/or relevant certifications
- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, or Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards (or equivalent)
